Are there any restrictions on firearm purchases based on my location?
- Yes. It is the buyers' responsibility to know and understand all the laws and regulations of their state. You will not be allowed to purchase a firearm if it is restricted in your state
Can I return a firearm if I’m not satisfied with it?
- We do not accept returns on firearms or ammunition.
Are firearms shipped directly to my home address?
- No. All firearms must be shipped to a FFL in your area. At check out you will an option to select which FFL we will ship your firearm to.
Are there financing options available for purchasing firearms?
- We do not offer financing options at this time.
Are there shipping restrictions on ammunition?
- All ammo must ship via ground service.
What services do you provide for gunsmithing?

Can I schedule a consultation with a gunsmith?
- Yes, we do charge a $30 diagnostic fee to look at firearms
Can I bring my own parts for modifications?
- Yes, we do not warranty the part that you provide but do guarantee our work.
Are there fees associated with firearm transfers?
- Standard transfer rate is $35, LTC holders $25, and First Responder and military is $10
What length of time do I have to pick a firearm for a transfer or local pickup?
- We will hold a firearm for a period of 14 days after we have received it. We can hold a firearm for longer than 14 if arrangements are made but everyday after 14 days will incur a 5$ a day storage fee. If no contact is made with the transferee after 14 we will attempt to return the fire to the original transferor.
What paperwork is needed for a transfer?
- All transfer must have a 4473 filed out. A valid drivers license is required. I you do not poses a Texas LTC a background check will be conducted as well.
What is considered a "used" firearm?
- A firearm that we have purchased either from a private seller or other business that has previously been owned and used.
Do you offer warranties or guarantees on used firearms?
- No, all used firearms are as is condition and do not carry any warranties or guarantees.
Are used firearms cleaned and serviced before sale?
- Yes, all used firearms are inspected and cleaned by our gunsmith.
Can I negotiate the price of a used firearm?
- We are willing to negotiate if the price is within reason.
How can I verify the condition of a used firearm? Can I see detailed photos of used firearms before purchasing?
- If you are local to the DFW area you are more than welcome to come by and look at a used firearm, just please contact us first. We will provide you with all the photos you would like of a used firearm.
What do I do if a used firearm I purchased has issues shortly after the purchase?
- Please contact us, we are more than happy to look at the firearm and repair it.

How long does it usually take to complete gunsmithing work?
- Every firearm is different and we do our best to provide the closest estimated time to repair as possible.
